The double screw palm oil press is composed of a frame, a cross coupling, a double shaft box, a hopper, a press cage, a press screw, a hydraulic control system and other components. Its working principle is to use two oppositely rotating pressing snails to mesh with each other in the frying chamber in the fixed space of the pressing cage to generate continuous squeezing force to cooperate with the pressing cage to squeeze the oil out of the palm fruit. The design of the double helix structure can obtain a more powerful squeezing force, so that the oil can be pressed more thoroughly and the oil yield rate is high.
