Heating: as we've stated above, palm oil will contains both liquid state and solid state at normal temperature, so first we need to heat the palm oil and make it all into liquid state first, which is good for forming into even crystals in the following palm oil fractionation process.
2. Crystallization: after heating, the liquid palm oil will be pumped into crystallization tank, and there is cooling water pipes inside the tank to help lower the temperature and make it easy for forming into even crystals.
3.Separating stearin and olein: after crystallization, the mixture of solid and liquid oil will be pumped to membrane filter, which is specially adopted in the palm oil fractionation plant to separate the stearin and olein, then send to different storage tanks. Besides, we will further collect the small part of liquid oil contained in the stearin, in order to increase olein yield.
