The small 5-10 tons/day palm oil fractionation equipment has the following parts:

1. One heating tank and two cooling crystallization tanks. There is a coil for heating the thermal oil in the heating tank, and a coil for cooling the cooling water in the cooling crystallization tank. The cooling crystallization tank is equipped with a stirrer to ensure that the cooling crystallization process can be carried out evenly.

2. A membrane filter. Used to separate palm soft fat and hard fat. What comes out of the filter is palm jelly, which can be poured directly into the jelly tank. The palm stearin removed from the middle of the filter plate is melted in the stearin tank below and then poured into the stearin tank.

3. A set of air compressor. Used to produce compressed air to purge residual soft grease from hard grease.

4. An air cooling system. Used to produce cooling water for use in cooling crystallization tanks.

Palm oil fractionation equipment refers to dividing palm oil into two parts: low melting point liquid phase (soft fat) and high melting point solid phase (stearin) by controlling the cooling and crystallization process of palm oil. Different countries have different temperature requirements for palm oil fractionation due to different geographical locations. There are three common palm oil fractionation temperatures: 18°C, 24°C, and 36°C.
