Peptide-soluble impurities are hydrophilic. Add hot water or phosphoric acid to the alkali smelting pot to cause the peptide-soluble impurities to absorb water, expand, condense, and be separated and removed. It can avoid emulsification during the deacidification process, thereby increasing the loss of auxiliary materials in subsequent processes. In addition, undegummed oil cannot be physically refined and deodorized, and cannot be deeply processed.

2. Deacidification section: mainly removes free fatty acids in crude oil.

The content of free fatty acids will affect the quality, taste and storage time of the finished oil. Free fatty acids can be removed through chemical deacidification or physical deacidification.

(1) Chemical deacidification: Add alkali liquid to an alkali smelting pot, causing it to undergo an acid-base neutralization reaction with free fatty acids, and finally the soap stock will be separated and removed.

(2) Physical deacidification: In the deodorization equipment, steam is used to separate out free fatty acids.

3. Bleaching section: remove the pigments in the crude oil to make it clearer and more transparent.

The pigment content in crude oil will affect the color and luster of the finished oil and affect its appearance. It is necessary to add white clay to the decolorization tank with a vacuum state and a temperature of about 105 degrees Celsius to allow it to absorb the pigment in the oil, and then filter out the waste white clay.

4. Deodorization section: remove odor-emitting substances in crude oil.

Under high-temperature vacuum conditions in the deodorization tank, steam heating is used to remove odor-emitting substances in the oil and improve the quality of the finished oil.
