1. Which industries is palm oil suitable for?

Palm oil with a high melting point of 40 to 50 degrees Celsius is suitable for oleochemical industries such as soaps and cosmetics; palm oil with a melting point of 30 degrees Celsius is suitable for margarine and cocoa butter substitute; palm oil with a melting point of 24 degrees Celsius is generally used in biscuits, Frying of instant noodles and other non-staple foods; palm oil with a melting point of 12 degrees Celsius and lower is an edible oil with certain nutritional value.

2. How is palm oil processed?

Two different basic oils can be extracted from oil palm fruits: through the process of boiling, crushing and squeezing, crude palm oil can be obtained from the palm pulp; at the same time, during the crushing process, the kernels of the palm are separated, After crushing and removing the shell, the remaining kernels are squeezed to obtain crude palm kernel oil.
