Surfactant fractionation: The surfactant aqueous solution wets the crystalline solid lipid, and separates the solid lipid crystal from the liquid oil for easy separation.

Liquid-liquid fractionation : The selective solvent is used to dissolve the components with small molecular weight and high degree of unsaturated, so as to separate them from other components;
