The palm kernel is hard and big size, it is required to crush to smaller and even pieces.  If once crushing can not reach the requirements, the second crushing is required.  After palm kernel crushing process, we need to use palm kernel flaking macine to destroy the oil cells to make the oil fat to release more easily.  Before pressing, the palm kernel flaker need an extraction, the palm kernel flaker need to be sent to palm kernel cooking machine to adjust the temperature and moisture of palm kernel to make it to the best state before the squeezes.  After all this is over, the prepared palm kernel will be sent to palm kernel oil expeller machine to squeeze out most of palm kernel oil.  After palm kernel oil pressing, there are some oil dregs in the crude oil, after clarifying, we need palm kernel oil filter machine to filter the crude oil to avoid to jam the oil pipes during palm kernel oil refining process.

In the fiber and core separation section, the fibers and core are separated by special equipment to reduce wear and improve the processing efficiency of subsequent processes. Next, the palm kernels are divided into large kernels and small kernels through the kernel classification section.

In the kernel and shell separation section, palm kernels of different sizes are transported to the kernel and shell separation equipment respectively. By adjusting the parameters of the kernel shell separator, the shell and palm kernel of the palm core are separated to reduce equipment wear.

Next, in the crushing section, the separated palm kernels are crushed to make the particle size smaller and the contact area larger, which is beneficial to the transfer of temperature and moisture in subsequent processes. In the steaming and frying section, the crushed palm kernels are steamed and fried at high temperature to adjust their temperature, moisture and humidity to a suitable state.
