1. Treatment of oleic acid extract

Oleic acid extract can be used as feed and fertilizer, but it needs to be deodorized. This waste material can also remove excess liquid through compression and dehydration. The processed oleic acid extract can be directly used to produce fertilizers and animal feed.

2. Sludge treatment

Sludge can be treated through biological treatment. By controlling conditions such as temperature, level and aeration, organic matter in the sludge can be effectively degraded and converted into compounds for bacteria to absorb. The treated sludge can be used as organic fertilizer and soil conditioner.

3. Treatment of oily wastewater

Oily wastewater needs to be treated through multiple steps such as deoiling, neutralization and biological treatment. Deoiling can use physical and chemical methods to remove grease in wastewater. Neutralization can neutralize acids, alkalis and other substances in wastewater. Biological treatment can further degrade residual organic pollutants, so that the treated water can reach the discharge level standard.
