Principles and steps of palm oil extraction

Palm oil is an important vegetable oil that is widely used in industry, so the extraction process of palm oil has attracted much attention. In the process of palm oil fractionation, solvent extraction is generally used. Factors such as acid, alkali, temperature, pressure, and molecular sieves can be used to optimize extraction and obtain high-purity palm oil.

The basic steps of palm oil fractionation are as follows:

1. Manually clean palm fruits;

2. The washed fruits are steamed and heat treated so that the fatty acids in the fruits are decomposed during cooking to form oil;

3. Sorting and drying;

4. Extract the oil through solvent leaching to obtain crude oil;
