Machine Capacity

Throughput per hour (Tph): This varies by machine and processing line efficiency. Common capacities range from 1-60 Tph.
Throughput per day (Tpd): This depends on operational hours and machine efficiency. Typical ranges are from 10-1,000 Tpd.

Processing Steps

1. Harvesting: Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) are collected.
2. Sterilization: FFBs are sterilized to inactivate enzymes.
3. Threshing: Fruits are separated from bunches.
4. Digestion: Fruits are crushed to release oil.
5. Pressing: Oil is extracted from the crushed fruits.
6. Clarification: Oil is purified and clarified.
Production Volume
The amount of palm fruit processed can vary widely depending on the scale of the operation, from small-scale farms to large industrial plants.

Oil Yield: Typically, 1 ton of palm fruit can yield around 150-200 kg of crude palm oil (CPO).
