Put the red palm fruits into the sterilization station, fresh fruit bunches are sterilized using high pressure steam to deactivate enzymes, soften the fruits, and detach the palm kernels. Then the palm fruit oil press machine extract the palm oil and separates the solid waste. The power of the palm oil press can be an electric motor or a trator. The extracted palm oil is passed through a clarification tank to remove impurities like fiber and sediment, and the finished crude oil comes out. You can choose to refine it or not according to your local market.
