Palm oil pressing section process flow:
Raw material reception, sterilization, fruit removal, crushing, pressing, filtration, and palm kernel recycling.
First, the palm fruit bunches are weighed to facilitate settlement and subsequent processing cost accounting, and then they are screened to remove impurities before being sent to the sterilization tank. The process from picking to sterilization should not be too long to avoid rancidity of palm fruits and affect the quality of palm oil.
When the palm fruit bunches enter the sterilization tank, they need to be steamed at high temperature and high pressure for about 60 minutes to prevent the free fatty acid content in the oil from increasing while making the palm fruits soft and convenient for mechanical fruit removal.
Fruit removal section:
After the vibration, beating and screening of the fruit threshing machine, the palm fruits and fruit bunches are separated. The palm fruits enter the crushing section, and the empty fruit bunches are recycled as fertilizer or fuel.
After being stirred and squeezed by the crusher, the palm fruits are mashed into a paste, which helps to improve the efficiency of palm oil extraction.
The crushed palm fruit is continuously squeezed by a screw through an oil press to obtain a mixture of palm crude oil, core and fiber. Crude palm oil enters the filtration section, and the mixture of core and fiber enters the palm kernel recovery section.
The filter removes impurities in crude palm oil and improves the quality of palm oil.
Palm kernel recycling section:
The mixture of core and fiber passes through the fiber separation system to separate the fiber and palm core, and the separated palm core is transported to the core warehouse for storage.
