Processing steps of palm kernel oil

In the fiber and core separation section, the fibers and core are separated by special equipment to reduce wear and improve the processing efficiency of subsequent processes. 

In the kernel and shell separation section, palm kernels of different sizes are transported to the kernel and shell separation equipment respectively. 

By adjusting the parameters of the kernel shell separator, the shell and palm kernel of the palm core are separated to reduce equipment wear.In the crushing section, the separated palm kernels are crushed to make the particle size smaller and the contact area larger, which is beneficial to the transfer of temperature and moisture in subsequent processes. 

In the steaming and frying section, the crushed palm kernels are steamed and stir-fried at high temperature to adjust their temperature, moisture and humidity to a suitable state. 

In the kernel pressing section, the steamed and fried palm kernels are transported to the palm kernel oil press, and the palm kernels are continuously squeezed by the pressing snail to squeeze out the oil. In the filtration section, crude palm oil is transported to a plate and frame filter for filtration to obtain relatively clear palm kernel oil. 

If the budget cost is high and the local market has requirements for the quality of palm kernel oil, the filtered palm kernel oil can be processed through refining equipment.
